Pre-Designed Programming-
Tools for more effective and enjoyable teamwork
(six hours/ (6) 1-hour sessions): In this program your staff learns to better understand themselves, and to thus better work together. They will learn to practice mindfulness meditation and breathing techniques, which reduce the effects of stress, and help them to connect more vividly to their internal experiences. We discuss basic mental-emotional health in a supportive and educational way, which creates a pathway of increased inner peace, and connection with others. Improve teamwork, productivity, personal health and satisfaction with this six week program.
Office Mindfulness
(one 1 hour session): In this program your staff learns to practice mindfulness meditation and breathing techniques, for their own health, focus, and well-being, as well as increased productivity, team-work skills, and satisfaction. This can lead into a regular mindfulness program in the office, in 20-30 minute sessions.

or lead a one-time one hour program offering desk stretches, breathing, and mindfulness.

Mindfulness for Teachers and care-givers of those with special needs
(6 hours/(six) 1-hour sessions): In this program your staff learns to practice mindfulness meditation and breathing techniques, share these techniques with students/clients in a basic way, and to practice these techniques for their own health, focus, and well-being.
Mindfulness & Yoga for Teachers and care-givers of those with special needs
(24 hours/(sixteen) 90-min sessions- typically two per week for eight weeks or once weekly for sixteen weeks): Your staff learns to utilize for their own benefit, breathing and mindfulness techniques, including yoga poses, AND how to share these with their students/clients in short or medium-length formatting that is effective, intelligent and safe. These programs are a foundation for this sharing, as the skills are built through practice. Setting up a culture of mindfulness creates a connected atmosphere of mutual respect and very powerfully benefits the well-being of students and staff alike. Study of the energy and experience of emotions will allow staff to remain more patient and focused during outbursts, and better able to diffuse these situations before they get out of hand. Studying thoroughly the dynamics of emotionally and sensory-sensitive experiences will deepen and mature staff understanding of the inner experience of their clients/students, making them a better team. We will study and practice how to better serve others when they are struggling and how to help them find their own solution, identify and advocate for their needs to return to balance.
Mindfulness in the classroom
(12 hours/(eight) 90-min sessions): In this program your teaching and supportive staff will learn how to practice mindfulness meditation and mindful breathing, as well as set up a classroom culture of mindfulness. We will share effective universal language and techniques to utilize this program to its fullest. It takes only a few minutes per class session to practice mindfulness and it is one of the most powerful ways to bring out the best of students mentally-emotionally, as well as academically.
Mindfulness & Yoga in the classroom
(24 hours/(sixteen) 90-min session- typically two per week for eight weeks or once weekly for sixteen weeks): Your teaching and support staff learns to utilize for their own benefit, breathing and mindfulness techniques, including yoga poses, AND how to share these in an effective classroom culture of mindfulness, respect, connection, and health. (24 hours/(sixteen) 90-min session- typically two per week for eight weeks or once weekly for sixteen weeks):
Your Mindfulness Staff and support staff learns to utilize for their own benefit, breathing and mindfulness techniques, including yoga poses, AND how to share these in an effective program of mindfulness, respect, responsibility, connection, and health. They will learn to offer discussion, diaphragmatic breathing, a few yoga poses, and space to lean from one’s mistakes as an alternative to detention. Universal phrases will be offered to make this learning easiest and fastest for children, and most effective. We also study mental-emotional health and cues for SEL support. These programs always have a positive effect on behavior and academics, as well as happiness and overall mental-emotional health. It also very powerfully and positively benefits the teachers well-being.
University/Conference & other School Programs-
University & Conference Programs:
Keynote speaking, wellness weeks, final-week anti-stress programs, and quality of life increasing offerings. Yoga, mindfulness, stress-less, and focus-increasing programing, offered in lectures, workshops, interactive tabling, short-series of sessions, or on-going programming. Create an early afternoon break and oasis of rejuvenation at your conference, to replenish everyone in the middle of the long days. Offering tools to students and staff to reduce stress, increase confidence, enhance focus, and help individuals to make conscious choices that shape their lives in abundance and fulfillment, instead of survival mode and panic.

In both typical and special needs classrooms, weekly yoga practice can impart confidence, compassion, social-emotional skills, tools for focus and self-advocacy, and create a deeper sense of classroom community. School-wide mindfulness programs use only a few minutes of time daily to offer, but create a school culture of mindfulness with universal key words and concepts that benefits staff and students alike. Schools that have adopted mindfulness programs steadily have seen detention and drop-out rates decrease and test scores increase. Physical Education, science, and health units based on mindfulness and how it changes the structure of the brain, as well as the science behind the poses can be another creative educational tools with myriad benefits.
